Daniel Kienker grew up in Hendersonville, North Carolina and  graduated from the University of North Carolina, Asheville.  Upon graduation he entered the United States Air Force as a Second Lieutenant and served the next 26 years retiring as a full Colonel.  During his military career he served in numerous  worldwide assignments, to include, Germany, South Korea, Honduras, Saudi Arabia, and Warsaw Poland.   General Officers selected him for the very competitive assignment as Commander of three combat rated Tactical Control Squadrons during his career.

     Upon retiring from the United States Air Force with the rank of Full Colonel, he entered the University of South Carolina, School of Law and since graduation he has served as Law Clerk to a Circuit Court Judge, as an Assistant Solicitor (prosecutor), family law attorney, and advocate for Veterans seeking military disability.  His background has well prepared him to handle all areas of family law to include Divorce, Child Custody, Property Division, Alimony, Adoptions as well representing those charge with a crime(s).  He is married with three children and one grandson.
