However, our Courts have long held a parent's right to raise, nurture, educate, discipline, and decide to grant or not grant visitation to Grandparents is the sole prerogative of the parent. However, there are legal guidelines if met, may allow the Court to grant visitation to the Grandparents over the objection of the parents. I have experience in this area of family law.
