Daniel Kienker is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Asheville, and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Upon graduating from law school Dan served as a Law Clerk for a Circuit Court Judge, then as a State Prosecutor (Assistant Solicitor). In 2006 he began practicing Family Law as an Associate Attorney. In 2011 he opened his own law practice specializing in all areas of Family Law to include divorce, child custody, property division, grandparent visitation, and adoption. He is also an experienced criminal defense attorney.
Daniel Kienker has also served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force.
